iPhone, iPod and iPad Accessible Applications
Votech Rehab is pleased to be an approved affiliate for US iTunes, App Store, iBookstore, and Mac App Store.
We have tested and hand chosen accessible apps for the iPhone, iPod and iPad that we make available to our own customers. We continue to review apps as they become available and will only recommend those we find are accessible to individuals with disabilities. Our first highlight apps are for individuals who are visually impaired or blind.

iTunes U - Apple: The iTunes U app gives you access to complete courses from leading universities and other schools — plus the world’s largest digital catalog of free education content — right on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch. Whether you’re majoring in molecular biology at a university, taking Spanish in high school, or just interested in European history, you now have a valuable tool to help you learn anytime, anywhere.

Votech Rehab is committed to making the Internet a more accessible venue for all to enjoy. Our layout and content is designed to be visually clean and attractive while maintaining accessibility for screen inversions, screen readers, access keys, magnifiers and voice controlled systems.
Unfortunately, we have no control over external websites that may be linked from Votech Rehab. However, if at anytime you find content within our website that is not accessible, or if you have difficulty maneuvering through the content and features, please let us know. We will work with you to correct the problem and or find a solution that will fit your needs.
WORK WITHOUT FEAR
Ask Your VR Counselor about receiving a Benefits Information Network (BIN) Profile. You can work without fear. Know what may or may not happen if you go to work. It is no longer true that individuals automatically lose their benefits if they go to work. Get the details and learn how you can step out of poverty and into the workforce without fear.
For Visually Impaired Visitors

For our visually impaired visitors, that do not already utilize a screen magnifyer, or have one avaiable; You will find three magnifying glasses below. Each of these will allow you to change the view of our website content, per page. Enlarge, decrease or revert back to default size. Continue to click on the increase or decrease option until you are at your preferred magnification level. To return to the default page layout, simply click the 100% image. Please feel free to give us feedback on this feature. Let us know if you benefit from its availability and use.

Low-Tech = Low Cost
Assistive technology is not always high-tech, nor is it always expensive. There are great low-tech items available at no or low cost, to help you accomplish everyday tasks.
Look around your home, or take a trip to your local hardware store. Use your imagination, or the imagination of those around you to come up with simple solutions to common accessibility barriers.
